We aim to ship orders within 2-3 days (Friday afternoon midday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on a Monday) but in reality from Monday to Thursday before 1pm, giving our staff time to pick and pack, this can be the same day dependant on when the order is received during the business day (will be delivered the next day all being well) otherwise the following day. (Friday dispatch will be delivered Monday) Another factor which affects the speed at which orders are despatched is the number of orders we have to pack and send on that given day.Our staff will be picking and packing orders to go out on any given day right up to when the courier driver turns up at our office and the “shipping manifest” is printed.We will therefore not make any promises to dispatch on the same day and then break that promise although we try very hard to same day dispatch and you are not charged the extra.
Those orders received from both Northern and Southern Ireland, and Europe will take a longer to be delivered. (5 to 7 days)
If at the time we receive your order we are short of stock of the flavour of capsules you have ordered we will send you part of your order and the balance as soon as fresh stocks are received usually within one weeks.If however we find ourselves completely out of stock we will contact you via e-mail and ask you if you would like to receive any other flavour of capsule in exchange, wait for fresh supplies to be received by ourselves or to receive a full refund.For out of stock coffee machines we will contact you to let you know and give you alternative solutions.
PAYMENTS TO CAFFE CAPSULES
All payments to Caffe Capsules via website purchases are made using the online payment facilitator PayPal.As part of PayPal’s service to ourselves, is to offer our customers secure means of paying for goods – you transfer money to PayPal and PayPal transfers money to us.This therefore means that we do not have any access to any bank account, credit or debit card details for any customers who has purchased from us. If we need to refund a customer we instruct PayPal to transfer the money to the customer’s PayPal account.
In the few exceptional circumstances where the purchase has not fitted in with the confines of the available website options, eg the customer wants to replace a cracked water tank which is not a regular line we carry, we will provide the customer with our bank details and invite them to make a direct BACS transfer.
Refunds where applicable can only be given via the original means of payment.For purchases made on Caffe Capsules website purchases were made via PayPal and so any refunds will be made via PayPal as well.We will contact PayPal and instruct them to make the refund on our behalf from our PayPal account to your PayPal account.
For any other customers we will be in direct contact to facilitate the repayment.
